Without a complete and continuous unboxing video, no return, refund, or claim request will be processed under any circumstances.
After reviewing the unboxing video, if LEPDO and the shipping partner both confirm that the product received is damaged, incorrect, or not as per the confirmed order, then the claim will be reviewed and an appropriate resolution may be provided. This resolution may include replacement, repair support, or correction of the order, depending on the situation.
If the issue cannot be clearly verified through the unboxing video, the claim will not be accepted.
